It would probably actually be best for all parties involved if you were to send the BTC to escrow that can be held until you can withdraw money.

This would protect you from claims that you are attempting to scam your trading partner, and would protect your trading partner from you running away with their money.

I am just giving you advice that will maximize your chances of having successful trades.

I do see that you have a little bit of reputation on loanbase, however I do not think that is sufficient to get others to send first to you in a currency exchange deal. It is ultimately between you and your trading partner as to the terms of any trade that you engage in however.

I do offer escrow services yes. You can also choose an escrow from this list (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0) of escrows, or you can find someone else that both you and your trading partner deem to be sufficiently reputable.

the second 3 euro is for fee to skrill not for me, my fees is just for skrill 1% + 3 euro
and the last explain stock of btc was sold out i will update of course with rasionable rate :D
