Title: [Locked] Avatars? Who can upload them?

What is the minimum establishment you need to be to upload an avatar.
I thought it was Member but when I go onto: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=avatar (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=avatar)
Could anyone please help or redirect me to a discussion thread wher ethis is discussed?

You will be able to change your avatar if you are full member.  :)

You can lock the thread, search the 'lock topic' button (left corner at the bottom of this thread).

I haven't noticed that before. I didn't think i could lock or move threads, i thought that was the job of the moderators
