Title: Collabritive Zopa UK Investors?
Post by: Xch4ng3 on October 22, 2012, 06:03:43 PM
This is just in theory, so don't jump to conclusions.

https://uk.zopa.com/

Is a community based lending site, much like BTCJam, but instead it is backed by hard credit checks and from the last set of market results, as a whole there is only about a 0.02% default rate. I figured if we pooled our money we could reap the benefits much more than just individual loaners.

To give an example, I recently invested £10, interest for this month was £0.05 which is more than the banks would ever give you. If we find a good way to approach this (in terms of safety of funds) then I figure it could be beneficial for all of us.

Thoughts?
