Title: What I'd like to see on bitcointalk
Post by: Metta28 on October 23, 2012, 02:02:23 PM
I might be wrong but there doesn't seem to be a way to rate members or leave feed back apart from in threads. So what I'd like to see is either a section of feedback/rep threads or a rating system implemented.

Rephawk Reputation Services now offers a 3 for 2 special.

With your order of (2) users to up- or downrate, you will now be able to specify (1) additional user to up- or downrate at no additional cost. This offer is limited to the first 10 new subscribers to this service.

You can click "ignore", and frequently-ignored people get a highlighted ignore button.

I like this because it has personal consequences for a bad rating (miss out on interesting ideas). It also assumes that new users are constructive, which reduces insular groupthink.

If you're talking rep for business transactions, you can use the Bitcoin-OTC web of trust.

I like the idea of a Karma button.... Karma points or whatever for good deeds :)
