A US 3 Cent Nickel from the 2nd year of production (1866)! Great Details on this one as well- full "Liberty" on head band, almost full lines in the Roman Numeral III on the reverse, etc. Nothing is very worn on it; great coin! The slab is in average passed-around condition, but could always be submitted for a cleaner looking slab or you could possibly crack it out and get a higher grade! The US 3 Cent Nickels are a fairly rare US coin type as it is, with them only having been minted for a total of 25 years- a Very low year limit by the US Mint for a coin design.
