Had I uploaded an avatar when I joined (in 2013), even when it was disabled later it would still be there. So did all those accounts who had an avatar at that time. Those that had animated gifs, still have them, but you cant upload any. Same thing as with this guy. If there were such a thing as account collectors this would be a collectors item. If it was an accident, why was it 1568? maybe he was doing some tests on the activity calculator (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1200720.msg12603713#msg12603713) thing using his test account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=41380) and accidentally set everyone's activity to that amount.
