Don't send to a quoted escrow address. ALWAYS only check out my post directly and send to that address!

Only send Bitcoins from an address you can sign a private message for or at least where you are able to get the private key for that address! This is important since you can't proof that you sent bitcoins when you, for example, sent the bitcoins directly from an Exchange. In that case better send them first to your wallet and then from there to the escrow address.

Edit: The issuer asked me to add the following info:

ICO share cost: 0.1 BTC
ICO supply: 80000000
ICO user quantity: 80000000 * ( BTC SENT / TOTAL BTC INVESTED )

People can invest at least 0.1 or multiple to buy 1 share. (no 0.01 or 0.05 or 0.12 and so on)

Edit 2: Some more infos about anonymity of investors.

Normally i would not be the one keeping track of the investments, so that i would not know the users sending coins to the escrow address. Though in recent light of development i think it would be better to claim your payments to the issuer of this coin and to me. You can simply send me the tx and i will put you into a calc sheet. I will not reveal your usernames. There is no reason for that.
Please again make sure that you send from an address you control, an address you can get the private key from. So that you can sign a message in case you need to prove that you own an investment. See the link above the first edit.
As long as you did not verify i will see your investment as unverified. Refunds can only be done instantly when you can proof ownership of the investment. If you can't then you need to wait some time so that the risk of being scammed is lower.
So yes, your identity will be kept hidden. :)

Before payment i would suggest you take a look at http://www.cointape.com/ to check out if the network gets spammed again. Below the graph there is shown what amount of fee is needed to get instant confirmation. Checking that page could prevent that transactions are stuck for hours or days because they dont get a confirmation.

5% you will get breakeven atleast after ICO

I made great profit with CYP.
Ico was at 700 satoshi if i'm not wrong and price spiked till 7.3k ( i sold at 7.3k) after bought at 700 during ICO. (10x) profit.

Lol! 100% buywall. The worst ico rules ever in cryptoworld. Only scamcoins will apply with 100% buywall. Yobit is becoming very bad.
C-cex doesn't have buywall at all.

I will never apply for a 100% buywall if i made my coin (when i finish to fight with fucking .dll,qrcode and windows library)

I have something in mind with integrated faucet,but i don't know how to develop it.
And also learn to use PS. Cause graphics layout is 99% of a coin success.

Dev deleted ocminer message complaining about a non-pow coin. I don't see censorship here, if dev was deleting everything he would delete all these "no ico" messages ;D

Thanks for the link. I will check the thread out. So far i think it's best when potential investment coins are held in escrow instead in some uncertain state. So we can see how things develop and it is safe for everyone. :)

You may want to take a look at this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1202228.0 posted by ocminer about how the dev of this coin is deleting all posts that question this coin.

At least as long as i hold the funds and haven't paid them out to the issuer. But at the end it is ultimately a decision of every investor if he wants to invest. Bette funds are hold by a trusted escrow than with someone different.

A trusted escrow can't protect over the point of him releasing the coins to the issuer. Though after the coins are spread i normally hold a 3 time waiting period in order to see if problems arise in the meanhwile.

If you have suggestions how to make it even more safe let me know.

Like i said. I ONLY can protect funds till the point where the issuer spread the coins to the investors. After that, three days waiting time, and then i release the coins.

That means at that point you only can trust the issuer. You really need to trust him when you want to invest. An escrow can't take away that you check out the coin. And me holding the coins is no valueating of the coin. Only a protection of investors funds over the ico timeframe. If i see hints about a scam i will ask the issuer, when i see proof i will offer refunds for the investors. Though till now there is nothing like that that iam aware of. I would await that users inform me when they see something like that. Deleting posts is not a problem per se, except important warnings are deleted. But that did not happen.

So do your due diligence to check out the coin and if you can trust the issuer.

You have to follow this simple math the escrow posted in his announce

ICO share cost: 0.1 BTC
ICO supply: 80000000
ICO user quantity: 80000000 * ( BTC SENT / TOTAL BTC INVESTED )

People can buy from 0.1 not lower amount, and only multiple of it.

if someone buy 0.1 now the equation will be

80000000 * (0.1/0.1) = 80000000 *(1) = 80M This guy will buy the whole amount for only 0.1

A second guy come and he buy 0.5 and the equations become

GUY 1 80000000 * (0.1/0.6) = 80000000 *(0,1666666666666667) = 13333333.33 DCYP
GUY 2 80000000 * (0.5/0.6) = 80000000 *(0,8333333333333333) = 66666666.67 DCYP

13333333.33 + 66666666.67 = 80M Two guys will hold the whole supply.

Rcently he's supporting a scam ico on yobit, where there is no ANN,no INFO,no SOURCE,no SPECS and someone's bought instantly all ico supply even if noone could even know about that coin.

Check out this thread about all the facts about how to sign a message.

For the moment you only need to check if you can sign a message with the address you sent from. That is normally not the case for when you sent from a bitcoin exchange. So that it would be better you send your coins to your own wallet and from there to the escrow address.

Congrats to the successfull ICO. The ICO address contains 1.2 Bitcoins now.

I negotiated a three days safety timeframe after the coins were spread to the investors. That is to ensure everything works fine and that errors can be catched.

Moderating a thread where useless fud is written is something that we have to do since I'm not alone behind the project it's not taking away time from developing.
When someone writes 4, 5 times "no exchanges/dead" and so on it's just fud, it's a provocation, and the solution is delete it. I'm not deleting message from someone accusing problem with wallet or network, in that case you can say that I'm covering some bad evidences for my coin.
I can't say that I don't have better to do, I prefer to say that it's something that I do because I have to do.
Answering seriously hit an exchange is something that we have to work on, asking and promoting the coin, is not written anywhere that when a ICO is over the coin have to hit an exchange in the same moment. It could be a matter of hours or days, but surely it's going to happen.
And until the distribution is not over there's no reason to hit an exchange, I'm still waiting for an address after that we can talk about exchange.

i like it too, one of the best for the graphic among the "standard" wallets, usually dev don't compile a nice wallet for the first release, it's the standard grey/white with no special features. This one has stealth address and anon messages. It can't stay out of an exchange for long

To be fair, some of the "dark_____" coins have been able to make you a profit, if you dumped at first opportunity to make 30%. But most of those were pow, and your investment being mining cost.

Marketcap doesn't means anything. It's all based on hype.

I mined Solarcoin more then 1 year ago with a laptop and diff less then 0.8. (1 satoshi each)
Then sold most at 4k after some months.

and the original cyp is STILL continuing ...

though i am interested in what dcyp has to offer ...

will be interesting to see what will happen ... dcyp itself is not just a clone - but its supposed to have a few more 'features' that cyp ...

i am very interested to see these 'new features' - and wonder whether they will be borne form ideas that have been in discussion with us at cyp - or they are all original ideas and original code? ...

either way - this will be a good show to watch ...

Just to inform everyone. The ICO funds were sent to an address the issuer specified now. At this point the protection i could serve stops. The three day waiting time went by without any serious problems coming on the table.

Starting from that, my first thought was that you need his services for something private, this because you were surprised about the fact that he's escrow, just like you are here and you have not even read the OP where there is his statement about the ICO and the escrow services he was giving. I hope you understand my "warning".
About the wallet it's in development and it won't take me 2 hours to complete it, my plan is to release update during a certain amount of time, not something fast and unfinished.

Small buy are getting rid of all the sell orders. It could be a kind of accumulation I agree. Dev seems gone, is someone thinking about taking over the coin, or a group buying for that reason. I'm keep watching it.

so ride the wave as it happens guys - btc is doing a similar thing - and ltc is one the crest as well ...

if anyone holding all these coins can make some btc - then why not? ...
