Title: Has anyone here used FishBitFish?

"The law of the nature is simple. The big fish (the one with more bitcoins) eats the small one and all its bitcoins plus the jackpot.
At the end of the round these bitcoins are shared by all players who invested into the big fish."

If a whale decides to bet on a side, you have 0 chances to survive.

That is strategy based game and i think that kind of gambling has no more future when any whale big can eat the whole amount, there are so many that kind of games but has less interest of players to lose their just for nothing.

This game needs an improvement on design. And better publicity management. Next round its near to finish and no one deposited on green or  neither red one.

That is real problem with strategy based game it has low interest of players and only few people playing on that type of site with high balance and try to get easy money from little fish.

Never played it, but I think I would never have any chance to win at it, since I don't have that many btc, so anyone could just crush me.

Same here don't have a lot of coins to play there a big whale will come in the last minutes and all will get fucked by this kind of trick, if any giveaway promo to test it risk than i would like to test this game for risk free but will never play with my own money. ;D

Never played this game before, it depends whether you are on the same side with the whale.
If your fish is different from the whale, be prepared to lose.

just now saw this thread and saw the site through the link given, after reading the replys one thing is confirm that this is a waste site, i went through the site and it is asking to invest then we will know whether we are winning or loosing, i think this is a casino game type , not a bitcoin earning gaming site . :(

Yes that kind of game doesn't have many players to play it cause of this whale and everyone is frightened to be eaten by this, if we are lucky and whale place bet on that side than we are lucky otherwise this game is just to have stress for 6 hours to let know what happen to our bet.

Played this game recently .Didn't win but kinda figured out that don't start betting as soon as the game is open .Bet when the game is about to end like 30 minutes before. At the end of the day ,the fish with large amounts of bet is likely to lose .

It's like bet on slot.
Randomly you'll get the result, 50% win and 50% lose.
But the one whos win a lot in this game is the whale (owner of that sites).

I am playing in that site almost from "when it started" .. The logic is awesome.. if you build a gang and play you can win .. if you simply deposit and wait for others to deposit on your side.. its difficult to win.

It's a nice strategy to find gang on that game.
But the 'whale' have right to choose the winner right?

The point surely to make relationship with the 'whale'.

i was thinking how the site will win from this type of game so if he have a high bankroll and there the first fish got 1 btc and the other 0.3 btc for example the site will deposit all his bankroll in the fish withh 0.3 to make it win and then he will win 0.7 btc from that strategie

That's right.
So all users who bet on 0.3 BTC will win their bet.

And all users who bet on 1 BTC will lose. The 'whale' got 0.7 from that single game.
Everybody happy. ;D

Yeah, playing with a "school" (heh heh) of buddies can definitely help, but I've been scooped by a whale several times, so it's never a sure thing.

I've seen people try to hedge their bets and put a small deposit down really early on both fish, but I'm pretty sure that didn't net them anything as their share of the winning pool was so small.

I just try and wait until the fees rises just enough to make the whales go "eh, not worth it", and then I deposit. It obviously not foolproof as I'm down over 0.002  :P

Nice game and concept! Invested 0.01 to the red fish. Looks good as of now. Hoping to win :)

It seems ok, but there are a lot of games out there where there is no investment.  Even most of the casinos start you off for free.

It is not gambling. You can clearly see which fish will won every time since the bets are visible for everyone. And I feel like the biggest winner here is the owner of the service since the fees are enormous!
"Current fee: 35.685%" Really? Quite overwhelming house edge if you ask me.

You can clearly see which fish will won every time since the bets are visible for everyone.

Except if a whale shows up, and the fees aren't prohibitive, they can swoop in and scoop whichever fish they want.

Sure in the later stages of the round, the outcome is pretty much decided, but early on there can be a lot of guessing/second-guessing/back-and-forth as the deposits come in.

Yeah, have played this game way before when I was newly introduced to this forum. As the strategy here is the fish with more money always loses and making the one with less bits the winner. If you're a late depositor you'll get a good idea on the current bets.Deposit on the respective fish just few seconds before the competition ends. This gives you more chances of winning.

i played it a lot like a half year ago i think though it did not have enough players in my opinion also its impossible to win big amounts of money there

It looks pretty much deserted by now, and currently it's easy to manipulate even with something like 0.1 BTC.

Title: Re: Has anyone here used FishBitFish?
Post by: Sir_lagsalot on December 01, 2015, 09:30:43 PM
I used to play it when it wasn't very well known, and everyone who betted only had 0.0005 max in their bitcoin wallet. xD

Id just set an alarm for myself, and 5 minutes when the game was about to end, is put in just enough to snipe the jackpot. If someone countered me, of check their wallet amount then counter that. Then the counter waste just kept going. I've made almost 0.08 from gambling there, but recently it's gotten alot more risky, due to way more whales.

it's not recomanded if you are broke
the only way to win is to have power(A good amount of BTC)
other than that you ave to be on the loosing sade if a whale decided to change the odds

It seems ok, but there are a lot of games out there where there is no investment.  Even most of the casinos start you off for free.

How so? Most casinos only give you a faucet before you have to gamble out of your own pocket, where you can bet satoshis. It's great if you want to gamble for fun, but it's not really a significant amount unless you can win satoshis constantly.

I personally don't like these types of games, so I don't play them much.
