Meh, some people register just to do a trade and then never login to their account again. That way it shouldn't matter if a noob is trading because the escrow service will ensure you don't get scammed.

If you see someone brand new your scam sense is tingling and you will be extra careful when trading with that person. Use escrow, you will be safe. If the user really wanted to scam, they could simply buy a higher ranked account for about 0.02BTC and use that.
As long as escrow is used with untrusted/new members, I don't particularly see why certain ranks should be unable to trade with others. |
