Depends on what wallet you are using. I've replied to your question in our local subforum. :)

You can change your address here every time you like, in your forum profile information, provided that you will sign a message and post it in the "Stake your bitcoin address here" thread afterwards.

Here is the link to that: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0

It's not that complicated to sign a message from your bitcoin address and i will try to explain you with simple way though it depends on which wallet you are using and most of the online and offline wallets have this feature..Say you have a blockchain wallet or coinbase wallet then you just have to login in your account and go to the address details by which you want to sign a message then there will be option for you to sign a message..all you have to do is write you message and sign it and then you will get an encrypted code which can be used to verify that the message actually is signed by your address and hence you..
Now the answer to your next question..You can change your bitcoin address as many time as you want and can use everytime different address at bitcointalk as per your wish..There is no rule on that..Hope i helped you

What do you mean with not compatible?

I made several guides how to sign a message here -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=990345.0

If your wallet is missing, let me know in the thread and I will add it to my todo list.

You can just replace the one in your profile with a new one, click save and its changed.

Maybe his bitcoin client doesn't support signing messages (not sure if there are any of them out there). @OP, if that's the case, see if you can get the private key of the bitcoin address. If you can, fetch that and then download something like Electrum, upload your priv key there, and sign it from there.

Signing a message means, adding a message with our transaction. But it would be visible to everyone.

Bitcoin addresses that starts with '3' are multi-signature wallets. If you want to have a wallet that is capable of signing messages but don't want to download any wallet (which is, well, a bad idea) you might try and use online wallets such as blockchain.info. There. their wallet have the functionality to sign a message without having to download one in your machine.

Nope.

Signing a message means putting a signature under a message. It has nothing to do with transactions, besides that transactions are also signed in order to make them valid.

Many clients and wallets offer message signing
Just sign in to your wallet then look for the option to sign a message and choose the address from which you want to sign.

You actually do not need any client to sign a message. You can do that with BlockchainBlockchain too
