Will we ever see a 400 dollar single? Cause that's about what I would be willing to pay.

As long as they mine more than the premium of the payment (i.e, $800 in the case of Trader Joe) prior to their ASIC shipment, they will have made money. 2) Lower electrical usage. A 5970 is going to suck down significantly more juice than a BFL unit. Especially for those in areas with high electric rates, it can make a large difference in overall profitability.
