With that amount you request is too high moreover you not provide any collateral. And if you want to provide your account forum as collateral also not worth. Try to find another valid collateral

As i said before if you provide your account as collateral however that will NOT worth 0.053BTC, Unless you have good collateral and maybe if you have good reputation here
