At TouTrix, we understand the bitcoin economy need more bitcoin holders. And we think it's better if they have it on their mobile for little amount (enough to be able to spend it).

Bitcoin is the easier way to transfer money than any other real currency (expection: cash).

There will be no mass adoption in the next year but it will really help If more and more people have bitcoins every day. That's why at TouTrix, we found many ways to achieve this and we need help.

How many people on the earth is living with advertising?

First of all, we developed a WordPress plugin and then webmaster get paid by displaying ads on their site. 25% of the Internet is made with WordPress. It's a huge market for this plugin. Also, advertisers can spend bitcoins in the plugin to purchase advertising space.

Also, we developed a Get Paid system. Everyone visiting our website can get a share of the advertising profit. Everything is automated. The more visit we have, the more we pay, and the more people have bitcoins. They can also share any page of our website and get paid for all traffic they bring.

Finally, even for myself, spending bitcoin in real life is hard. In our city, there is no local store accepting bitcoin. We are preparing a franchise so we could open dozen and dozen bitcoin store everywhere accepting only bitcoin. Of course, they should all have an ATM to let people buy bitcoin. The overall pitch was good, but you messed up at the end. Why would people donate in a for profit project ?

Because I want to help the bitcoin industry. To promote bitcoin, I need bitcoin. Don't make a donation, it's not so important. At the end, the project will become true. Donation could help it to get alive sooner as this address is for this project only. Also, I have another good spitch to sell the project. Stay tuned ;-)

It's simple: Just offer better deals than your competition and people will have an incentive to put their adverts in exchange of Bitcoin. The ones that want to be leaders in this industry need to stablish themselves before the big monsters (Google Adsense, Youtube networks like Machinima etc) start paying in Bitcoin.

It's not bad idea to promote and advertise Bitcoin, but i suggest you don't expect donations and tips here, you can use your capital and Bitcoin making your idea true, if someone can help you he could already send you some amount

Definitely the right approach. There's a ton of buying options out there for BTC, but really not enough paying options. As I guess advertising qualifies as passive income people are more inclined to throw it around a little more too.

Of course. People first need to be educated about bitcoin. It will happen soon or later.

like what all told , your project is very good, but asking donation is like you opened a new shop but you are asking others to help you in your business setup. you should invest in your project and take profit and develop it more. why are you asking donation from others, dont you have faith in your project. that it will get success.

Almost two years as well! In a month and a half! I also can't believe how fast have they passed. Quite a lot of drama in these two years as well!

Since you're in Canada, do you realize that there's many services and online stores to buy stuff with BTC? And if your plan is to spend BTC at your convenience store, you can do that with a BTC debit card.

Spreading BTC ATM around is a good idea in a way but you'd need a lot of capital. Basically we'd need a company to start fitting BTC ATM around and they would take a cut, obviously.

But the problem is that its inefficient and expensive. We can just turn BTC into FIAT under 24 hours if we want and we can spend it directly for almost anything, meanwhile there are very little % that use/know/trust BTC which is why there aren't many BTC ATM here.

i agree with this, we need people to be using bitcoins to do daily and common transactions, holding bitcoin and letting it sit there doesnt really help

The more daily transactions involving buy/selling goods is good for bitcoin.

People will always spend their bitcoin, you can't force not to spend it. People will have the ultimate control over their bitcoin.

I think we will need a balance between holding and spending. If everyone just hold their bitcoin, it will kill the potential of bitcoin.

There are already tons of people holding. Just look at the liquidity of BTC, the volume and how many BTC are listed at exchanges. The majority of BTC are lost or being held, so this whole topic is a Fallacy.

What we need is to continue making BTC accepted in more and more places.

People have to be incentivized to spend.
The savings (credit card fees, etc) should be passed back to consumers. Then spending of bitcoins will increase.

I agree with all that. The subject of this thread is wrong. I meant more people should have bitcoin instead of holding.

Nice idea, this would at least give adoption some boost. One question: what would the website be about if in case it goes live? That would probably be a huge factor in gaining traffic. Also, there are already many holders, what we need are people who are willing to spend to boos the economy.

Rather than holders, I think more important is we need spenders and along with it comes the services where we can actually utilize the coins. We need that kind of services that creates a demand and encourage people to use their stash instead of hoarding. Something developed and built around a healthy economy. Instead of flow of cash, we need the flow of coins moving around.

Honestly we need a bit of everything. Holders are still more welcome than people that haven't heard of Bitcoin. I mean holders are at least involved. We shouldn't judge holders like this.

We have given a product to the world, let them decide how will they use it. Some will hold, some will spend. Both situations are OK for me!

I don't like the fact that an advertising for a product/service is in bitcoin discussion instead of services and has the title like it would be a discussion.

And I don't agree with the title "More people have to hold BitCoin". First of all we need more whales to put their money into bitcoin - either as stocks, either to support bitcoin related projects.

forcing people to not spend is just beyond insane. bitcoin is made to be spent on thing. that's freedom. we decide what to do with our coins.  ;D

Hold and spend bitcoin. When you spend bitcoin, it will make it useful as a currency so more people will use it.
