Title: Intersango leaving me in the dark without my 200 euros Post by: agag0g1878 on October 27, 2012, 08:16:10 PM Well here's the story I recenly got interested in the bitcoin phenomenon* and wanting to participate i recently acquired some bitcoins via intersango , there was a small problem which was that my bank did not relay the reference codes necessary for sepa transfer correctly , now the two times this happened although the problem was resolved correctly I cant say communication was anything but cryptical from their side. I did seem to pick up that I needed a new bank for things to go smoothly in the future; now bear with me on this i placed another deposit with the same (faulty) bank , imploring their patience while assuming one more time would be ok.
Now this was the 22d, i opened a first ticket the 24th , and the second the 26th and i still havent heard anything from them yet , should i kiss my 200 euros goodbye? *corrected Title: Re: Intersango leaving me in the dark without my 200 euros Post by: Stephen Gornick on October 27, 2012, 09:00:46 PM i still havent heard anything from them yet While you are still in forum newbie jail you aren't able to post your inquiry in the primary Intersango thread. Though I'm not sure it would help much for speeding up resolution: I barely have time to deal with Intersango issues as it is.
