The Bitcoin price (BTC/USD) is heating up right now and is at $254 (at press time) on Bitstamp and breaking through new trading ranges. The steady climb upwards has seen the currency gain over 11% since last month’s consolidation at USD $240-245 levels, with some slight variances. What we need is for it to break above the $300 level. The 200/300 level will then act as a good support level in future should the price head on down again.
