And even if you did wait for a prototype, you still have a big wait if you order now: Orders placed now are slated for January delivery. Then when you're convinced you can buy one and hash along at a year's ROI. :-)

The did post pictures of the ASIC (not renders- real pictures). I feel like that should be enough for anyone. If you wanted to see a complete prototype it would just look like a black box, and I'm not sure how that convinces anyone of anything. That said, at the conference Inaaba did claim that one of the small devices they auctioned off was a Prototype ASIC, but I could be wrong about that. I advise anyone to look into what it takes to make a Asic and it's time frames. They do not have prototype asic's, this means they do not even know if the PCB boards and chips are going to function as they are supposed to. I worked on million dollar aircraft guidance systems when I was In the Marine Corps, one thing I learned is its never that easy 8).
