Otherwise, you can upgrade your resource any time you want :) If you have only 1mb of RAM you will not likely get to 100% CPU usage because you cannot run heavy apps and the other way around. 700mb of RAM is definitely not enough and expensive for the price given, other providers give at least 1gb of RAM.
