Well received the PDF and is a concise guide about how you can cash out your gift cards if you live in the US and no other countries.
I dunno if this would work in other countries since I'm not in the US but he is selling exactly what he claims to be selling.

The seller does indeed sell a method to cash out your cards. For some this may not be new as it is a method that one could probably think of given enough time. However, the seller does offer various precautions and tips on how to be 100% on getting money for your gc's. Ultimately, I would rate this a 7/10. It's worth buying if you have GC's worth 10$ and less and need the money. Good luck OP.

i received my vouch copy from the op. this is something that is not new.
but is exactly what he claims it to be. i agree with the others if you have some
small gift cards $10 or less this may help you.

It may work in other Countries like Canada, but I do not know, hopefully someone can test in other countries and let me know  :)
