I'm sure you got an email on October 20th that GPUMAX was shutting down on October 31st. This is akin to selling a GPU card that you know does not work. I would hope that knowingly selling a GPU card that you know does not work would get you the scammer tag. That's what I don't get about the bottom half of the BTC community. They get scammed and think that's some kind of justification for trying to scam everyone else, and they have no shame in doing this.
