Title: Antminer S5 Mosfet 5pin U3...U50 Need Part Number
Post by: borisg26 on October 17, 2015, 06:47:01 PM
Need help on finding Mosfet Part Number on S5 hashboard ( U1...U50), I think that all are unique in this board

    Thanks

Are you really asking for the part numbers for most, but not all, of the Integrated Circuits on an S5 hash board? If you have a board you can read them off? Give us a bit of background, why you want this information?

The main part you are likely to need when repairing is the Hash ASIC BM1384, (U4 - U47). These would only be available from Bitmain, however I suspect they are not selling them, so you will need to remove devices from a failed board to repair others.

Yes sorry my mistake, U6, U9, U12 ..... U39, U42, U45 are as you say SN74LVC1G07 The rest of the chips in the Range U4 - U47 are the BM1384

You are 100% about chips numbers ...
And thanks for confirm the SN74LVC1G07

Also step up U101 was founded by other user ( looks 100% exact part), take a look and let me know, here the link

Here,s my best shot at a complete list of IC's on the Hash Board in the S5.

U1 - LM75A - Digital temperature sensor.
U3,U52,U53,U54,U55,U56,U57,U58,U59,U60,U61,U62,U63,U64 - C07F - SN74LVC1G07 - Buffer/Driver Open-Drain Output.
U6,U9,U12,U15,U18,U21,U24,U27,U30,U33,U36,U39 - 4VK4 - LN1134 - 1.85V LDO regulator.
U42,U45,U48 - R18 - SPX5205M5-L-1-8  - 1.8V LDO regulator.
U4,U5,U7,U8,U10,U11,U13,U14,U16,U17,U19,U20,U22,U24,U25,U26,U18,U29,U31,U31,U34,U35,U37,U38,U40,U41,U43,U44,U46,U47 - BM1384 - Hash ASIC.
U101 - 0J - RT8537 - Current mode Boost-type LED driver.

Notes :-

The SN74LVC1G07 Buffer chips are not fitted to the V1.1
The LDO's, except for the last stage are not fitted to V1.91
The R18 LDO regulators fitted to the last 3 stages are different than those fitted to the first 12, They are fed with the 14V from U101 as opposed to being fed from the Core Voltage 3 levels up for the preceding 12.

U42-45-48 are "R18", I think.
That'd be Exar reference SPX5205M5-L-1-8

Yes R18 looks good. I had been looking for IR18... Have corrected my list. I guess that covers it for the IC's  :)
