I want to find the author of the music ( AND the original title ) so that I can ask him the original version at high quality of it. The author of the video doesn't know where it comes from. It sounds like it's stock/royalty-free music. I doubt those audio fingerprinting databases would put that type of music in there, because they wouldn't get paid referral fees. Last try is I reuploaded the video to YouTube to see if their copyright scanner catches it.

It sounds like it's probably off a library cd people use for TV programs etc. I think you'll be hard pressed to find it.
