The Court appointed Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence as liquidators of the limited partnership. They will be responsible for handling Bitcoinica’s affairs through the liquidation process. Before the hearing, I filed documents with the court indicating that I did not oppose the liquidation. Counsel was also present at the hearing to make it clear to the court that I did not oppose the liquidation. Creditors should direct any inquiries to the liquidators. |
