I have not seen one advertise.  The reason is most of Europe price of electricity and Vat/Import tax tend to make it not effective on costs.

You chances are will find a much better price somewhere like China, US, Canada are 3 main places I've seen most.

Interesting there was one in Location: Zlin, EU I did not know about thanks for posting list.  It appears to be a more normal server data center from website.

And EU sites was not in their "bargain" area on site.  Looked quite pricey assuming they still accept BTC machines.  I don't see reference on their site for BTC miners specifically.

There is also protact (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1190313.0) with an ~0.113 Euros / KWh (99 Euros / S7 and month)-> Truman has earned some negative trust lately, but I think it's because he has pushed yesminers a lot and maybe too far. I don't know his housing service, and with all due respect an 0.11 per kwh is really good for that kind of service in germany (where 0.20 /KWh is quite more in common).

Another guy is offering a kind of 'group buy' @ hydro66 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1175472.0) in sweden with a 0.09 / KWh. So I will watch it closely and may go in there.

I can neither recommend nor avdise not to do business with both of them, because I havn't had the pleasure yet. So you should do some reseach, before you decide anything.

I don't know, but I have this feeling that this is the same as any other hosting companies. Been seeing their service recently, and someone in this forum already accused the service as a scam.

There isn't a nice data center that can host your miner for a month considering the avg. price per KW/h in EU, but take a look at what flikflak linked, especially protact.
