i think not much people will join this campaign if it for investment program.  :-X

You can consider having a contest to choose the design.
Run it for a short period and pick what design suits you the best.

i think being investment site or not as long as they will pay good amount of bitcoins to users they will get some participants. if i remember corrently even ponzi signature campaign here got a lot of users advertising them just for the sake of money

IMHO most people here do not really care about it as long as they rate is good and using trusted escrow, so I'm sure they will get more than enough participants to join their sign campaign.

Yes but users should know that if they advertise something which is frowned upon by the community they might get red tagged by someone on default list, see this debate: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1183602.0 , majority of people posted 'Yes' to the poll, which means although it is not against the rule afaik and people should use their common sense in judging which services are legits and which are fraud, it is still discouraged and responsible members should refrain from adding anything to their signature which is considered wrong by the community.

As for the signature design, save yourself the hassle of having a signature contest OP and go with medUSA or roslinpl above, they're the BEST designers on Bitcointalk, according to me.

I also think so as some may assume that this "investment" program was a ponzi and the fact that ponzi promoters will get negative trust from DT , they're going to have some second thoughts about joining in the upcoming campaign.  :-\  But this is not proven yet, give OP a chance to explain his/her investment program wasn't a ponzi. Well if the rates here were high, why not try it? Anyways good luck to your upcoming sig campaign OP :)

ok due to the positive response, I have decided to turn this into a contest, the contest will run for 36 hours and the winning designer will receive .4 of a bitcoin below are my requirements 

1) designer must create (3) signature designs for various members i.e junior to hero members   
2) signature designs must incorporate our company color scheme of black grey red and yellow
3) the designer will be responsible for the content in the signature designs feel free to use the below examples or create your own unique content

Yes You guys are correct, I just did modify it and tweak it here in there with different symbols .. I'm not really good in making signatures, I'm sure other's will post their designs and eventually win :)

This is strange 36 hours is up and Op hasn't declared the winner.

lol lets face it, op was just tryna promote his site for free by "hosting a sig contest", also its a investment site with unrealistic returns.

Doesn't have to be. He escrowed the amount for this contest afaik, and it would be dumb to leave it at this w/o declaring a winner.
At the least they would expand their "promotion" a few days by doing so, and btw; i doubt this contest is giving them any really exposure

His desgin is just a copy of secondstrade's signature designs as he himself has stated in his post: I don't think any signature design competition manager in his right mind would consider a copied signature as an entry.

to ensure that this is a fair contest im going to now personal review every submission and provide feedback where possible i will provide details on components i like and dislike and and i will provide you with a rank on where your submission sits all this information will be private and it will be upto the applicant to decide whether he submits a new design based on feedback given

ideally 24 to 36hours i dont want to place to harsh of  time constraints on redesigns i feel i have 4 designs from 3 designers that im really happy and these afew others that are very clean as well

Yes, OP wants this contest thread to stay on top as much as possible to promote his scam. I doubt there will be a campaign for this site. This is a HYIP. Participants of the sig campaign might get neg trusted.

Well as much as I hate ponzis and people who promote them that is not true according to master-p's post here: I think it would be dumb to escrow the amount get the signatures and cancel the campaign at the last minute, pretty sure OP will run a campaign but considering the fact that no one from Oremine which is also a ponzi, has got a negative trust for promoting a ponzi in their signature, I wouldn't be sure on that statement as well.

I have had 10 submissions that have been rank accordingly i have given fair feedback to everyone im giving all the designers the chance to make final changes and then a final decision will be made thankyou everyone who has made submissions
