I think the tickets purchase should at-least go to the escrow. And you need to come up with a better idea than just a screenshot of the RNG, you can very well enter the lottery yourself with another account and pick that number from the RNG (when done several times with 1-10, the number will come up ultimately) and post it's screenshot and take the Pot.
