the more users you will have, and you should motivate the clients to use bitcoin. If they purchase something by bitcoin offer something like cash back for 3% like gyft does. But that's not an online store, it will be a peer to peer marketplace.
Online store would have difficulties operating only by accepting bitcoins since it would must have enough customers to survive. This still can't be the case in my opinion. But other than that I think it's better to accept as many methods of payments as possible of course.

It's great to see, especially site which can purchase anything with bitcoin, like eBay bitcoin version. Well i think openbazaar will bring a bitcoin marketplace to be mainstream.
