I like AdAlso, had a really good experience so far. The network ads seem to perform fairly well - better than BitMedia.io in some regards, and I only use one block per site. Great network, highly recommended. Just needs some more advertisers! Bitcoin traffic converts if you have the right ad - what are you trying to sell, Golden Chariots? I can't see what your issue is. I regularly convert traffic using Bitcoin ads on faucets. It's knowing the market - which faucets are popular and reasonably priced..
