Your last posts were long time ago and you come back asking for a loan. It seems that you just want to sell your account.
You need to provide a better collateral. Otherwise, you should close this thread before getting negative trust.

I would ask for more than $2 if I really wanted to scam.

Unfortunately, not everyone is that ambitious; there have indeed been cases of users scamming for less than $2 before.

But more to marjod's point, this does seem like an account sale; you even forgot to include how long you need the loan for, what interest you are willing to pay, why you need the loan, and so on. Further, can you perhaps provide a signed message, to prove ownership of that account (for all we know, scaryscar6 can be a hacked account)?

you need collateral which worth more than 0.007 btc dude,
your account not worth that high
or you want just to sell your account

The accounts forum activity will increase by tomorrow making it a Member account since he made enough posts to qualify. So 0.007BTC I think is reasonable enough.
