i suggest seeing a small claims lawyer for advice if the minimum loan amount is 50 btc, i'm sure they will recommend a notarized promisory note, that's what my lawyer is suggesting

I don't have so many forum posts (I really dislike BS :) ) nor proof of gainful employment (I'm unemployed and proud entrepreneur for almost 1 year now), but we managed to reach agreement on collateral + escrow to a trusted party, so I could get a loan of 65 BTC due on December 1, 2012. Thank you!

That is a good suggestion. I might add that to my requirements list.

*EDIT

I've done some reading, and it seems getting a document notarized is nice, not absolutely necessary. Lawyers do it, but they will charge for it. A non-notarized promissory note carries legal weight as well. And for the relatively small amounts I'm dealing with, I'm going to forgo the notarization.

In that case, I suggest seeing a lawyer to see if your promisory note will hold up in court. There might be necessary information needed to make it bulletproof

You know, last month's MPBOR was 9% and your 84 is over the minimum 50 there. So why not look into that?

In about three minutes I'm sending you a private message on the hope that we can agree on a loan.  Just had a few questions I wanted to clear up in private.

I sent my information your way..  Please let me know what you think?

Just wanted to check and see if you have reviewed the information I sent your way.  If we could come to a deal you are comfortable with please let me know (I'm still looking for back up funding to have by tomorrow if you decide you are not interested).

Thanks

Reading is hard.

It's a general list of requirements... obviously he makes exceptions:

Hello! I need a 15 BTC loan. I will agree to all terms except that I do not have the post requirement.

I have sold BTC stickers to the community and run the website www.thebitmunchies.com

I can pay weekly at LEAST 1 BTC per week. I intend to pay it off faster than 15 weeks.

You forgot to add "I will run off with the coins and create a new account."

My post wasn't directed at you. It will decrease as time goes by if he doesn't want to do it for that much. He's the one that has the minimum set to 6 BTC.

I forgot to mention I have a jalapeno mining for me, 6 7970's, and 6 AM USB sticks hashing away.

Why attack right away? You don't know my intentions. My forum account is older than yours is. Why would I waste that?
