It's not PPC where the first miners got thousands and thousands and thousands with very little effort. Terracoin's reward is only 20 coins- not high, and the difficulty adjusts every 2 minutes- very quickly, so huge miners can't jump in a plow out a trillion coins in an afternoon, and then pump/dump out. The difficulty adjusts quickly to prevent that. So, no, I wouldn't sell that cheap. Nothing new...just more parameter changes and premine. Why do you think there is a premine? So far there are only 3394 Blocks, with 20 coins per block so about 68,000Coins made so far. That's not very much. And the coin was outed basically at it's inception so they haven't been mined in secret before anyone found out about them.
