CPU/GPU/Server mining of Bitcoin is dead. Search for things like S7, S5, etc. These are specialized mining machines that can and do only one thing - mine SHA256 coins.

But you have to make sure you're getting what you pay for. Some people rate their machines higher than they actually hash and you're charged the rate they charge.
