Normally I don't play spelling cop, but given that you're going to a fair bit of work to make these notes, they may as well be spelled right.
Unless you mean to include the apostrophe in the word "key's" for some deliberate creative purpose, "Bitcoin Keys" should never have one. Any time you add -s to a word to indicate there's more than one (a plural), you should never add the apostrophe.
