So.....I hope so, but I'm fairly disillusioned at this point. I was surprised by the amount of anti-democracy going on in the Republican primary process, in multiple states. (Not against the democrat party, but doing things against the vote of the electorate). One or two isolated instances might have been understandable, because some people are corrupt, but this seems to be happening across a wide swath of the country. |
