When you make a post within 2 weeks then you have a maximum of potential of 14
If you post only 1 post every two weeks period for let's say 10 weeks you have a potential of 70
There are some websites when you can check the potential activity by putting the UID satoshiquiz.com/bitcointalk/getactivity.php

When you start as a brand new member, you are automatically given 14 activity. After that, you will be given 14 activity for every ~2week active period (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12saLhlUoqIdairxzuSPu6EYGrt7FN2lOstO1yDjCEbA). That means you have to post once every period to gain that activity. For all the potential activity to show as your activity, the amount of post must be more than or equal to the maximum activity. You can farm account by posting once per period but you would most likely be banned if you aren't contributing much.

Don't forget that if you post once per period and your post got deleted you will loose your 14 activities so better to post every day or at least making few posts per period.

Another sites to check potential activities

Wow thanks, i only found this page, but it was not clear:
https://yobit.net/en/signature/

A few questions arise though.

How can i find out when my activity is update (start vs end of the 2 weeks cycle)
Holiday, suppose I post 16 posts in 1 day, and 1 got deleted, will i get 0 or 14?

I heard from other members that even after the member phase you still need to wait 2 minutes. Why is that? It is very annoying?

It continues to decrease. I personally have to wait 10 seconds, I think.

You can get maxium 14 activity points each week. Every new period begins on tuesday I believe. So if u want to create a high potential account, then post 1 post in two weeks and make it in a not self moderated thread.

That is a signature campaign , post counting bot. Not a potential activity checker, try visitorsbit.com.

That is to prevent spam attempts by newbies or new members, it will decrease as your rank increases .
I've adjusted the limits to make spamming more difficult.

A bitcoin potential account is an account that uses it's posts as it's activity. I would be a potential senior member, although I am only a normal member.

People usually try to say the account there saying is a "potential" account. You could be a newbie with 1000 posts, and try to sell your account as a potential legendary.

"Potential"ising is basically glorifying your account.

Nope you're totally wrong on that one. A potential account(incase you didn't see the last posts) is an account with posts in various activity period with "unclaimed" activity, for example a Jr. Member with 30 posts may have max 420 max potential activity, if he has posted 1 post per activity period. The "unclaimed" activity can be claimed by making extra posts, in my example , the Jr. Member account can turn into a Sr. member in ~1 hr if you manage to post 390 posts.
