I already emailed Bitinstant support but still have no response. It was ZipZap to bitcoin address and I got an email from Zipzap confirming the transaction.

My advice? Wait just a bit longer, or PM Charlie/Yankee (looks like he's fairly active here). This has likely happened to other clients before, and I'm sure the issue will be resolved once someone has the time to look into it.
