I am planning to open a new forum .. And conduct tournaments in it ..

Random type of tournaments .. but mostly based on betting type ..

The prize money will be there in either doge or BTC .. would you like it ?

I am thinking of giving it a try after taking advices ..

Why wouldn't you try that here instead of making a new one ?
Users will rarely register at your forum until them seems the tournament interesting and rewards high
And why you will be giving away stuffs in tournaments ? Did you got any sponsor ?

I have tried it bro .. The replies i got was

"You must create separate site for this .."

 So i am trying this ..

You didn't answer his second question, how are you planning to give away free prizes? And who told you to create a new site just to have a competition. I say give it a shot here first and if it is succeful then you can think of making a site of it.

If it involves betting and tournaments would it be best if you create your own gambling site then? Also why a forum?
You have not answered the question above as to where you will get the fund to pay for it.

Also why not just do it in the games and rounds section? Can you elaborate more the plan that you have there because I don't understand why someone will respond to you like that.

nobody is sponsoring it .. I will fund my money and later using some ideas i have thought of earning from that forum  ..

Its not completely gambling .. And i think forum suits more for my idea ..

Then why not make yours when you can use the service provided here? I think not everyone will be interested on it unless you can provide a really reasonable prize for all the toirnaments that you will be making. I doubt people will stay in there if you can suite their preference of reasonable prize. Just sayin. :D

Better create a gambling site instead of a forum. A forum is a hub for certain discussions and not primarily a betting place. If you can implement it, that's cool actually.

Its actually fun have small tournaments, but not about betting. Maybe posts / activity on forum etc.


I agree - a forum talking about the gambling site would be better than creating a gambling feature for the forum

It could be really good but you need to find out a good concept.

That just misleads the entire purpose of a "Forum".Forum is place where resources are shared including knowledge/trades/any user requirements .Not really a good place to host games .You can have a website for hosting games and have a forum based on that but not a forum which is actually the game site.

People are too lazy to join another new forum again, if they are a member here. So, just create a good website and also have chat box in your website.

Many people will love tournaments if there is has a big prize and some free giveaway to the member who join first join.

Maybe it's a better idea to do it here,I think more people will join,but either way,go ahead and do it.

So what kind of other tournaments are you planning on making then? I just wanted to let you know that most people is lazy and does not like complicated stuff, thats why dice is so popular. The tournaments that you want to create have to be pretty easy and simple or have really big prizes but im going to be honest with you here, it's probably not going to work, it's just my opinion.

Random type of tournaments i have never seen a place where this is provably fair why not share the bounty among all participant based on their efforts, level. posts etc.

The idea seems interesting. But you need to make a difference compared to many other projects here.

It is better you make new sites (not forum) which have chat feature.
And escrow your prize money either on this thread or make new one on gambling section (if it is about betting)

Yeah its better to have it here ,you will get the niche traffic here but might as well have to pay the the forum royalties.Again don't forget it will only work out if its reliable and quick when it comes to payment/management/winning streaks.
