Why don't you ask for testnet coins? I think $0.04 would be a new record low for an amount to scam for however it appears that you created your account for the purpose of asking for this loan so I am somewhat suspicious

A scammer is always a scammer, just beware that if you don't pay back, don't complain when you get neg'd. I even doubt you will since this is a brand new account made for the purpose of the loan.

why scams for pennies?

because few pennies is a big amount of money for some countries specially in 3rd worlds, and i know atleast 1 user here that can live a week with just a dollar

To be honest while typing up this blatant scam the OP could be doing so many better things. In the time when he's waiting for a reply he could have easily claimed 10 cents or even more from faucets.

Creating multiple accounts to scam for pennies is beyond pathetic.

I do not understand why somebody will scam for a very small amount of money. It is more profitable to join a signature campaign. You get paid for the posts is more honest.

Did all that "testing " work out for you.  I wonder how much testing someone can do with 10 cents, I guess a lot.  Anyways lets think about it the Loaner sent the person 10 cents with a 3 cent transaction fee correct?  That is 30% of the loan, then if the OP pays back the loan that's another 3 cent transaction fee so that is 60% just in fees.  Asking for such a small loan is so stupid.  I guess if he's from some third world country he may be able to eat but then again I doubt third world countries would be accepting Bitcoin for food.  Good luck.

There is  no collateral no loan rule for a reason.
This is about having a proper culture and manners, it is not about the amount anymore (10c or whatever)

That is right. If you want to borrow, you have to offer collateral. No matter how small the deal is. This is the rule should be followed by the borrower and lender.

10 cents is not worth for managing a collateral. :) Anyway my ten cents would be counted when the borrower's sins are being weighed in hell after his demise. LOL  ;)
