Back some time last year I had an idea to build a virtual 3d mall where all merchants were in one place, so instead of going to seperate sites, you'd walk into a shop and take care of your business there. Plume isn't very well documented, but it's based on, and should be familiar to, any user of scrivener. I don't know if scrivener tutorials would be of much use, though. Sigil, on the other hand, has a very detailed user guide (http://code.google.com/p/sigil/wiki/BasicTutorial).
