So I have been selling on LocalBitcoins.com for a while now and figured I'd share my info with my favorite forum :)

We want to expand our userbase to the great people here but we like the safety and security (and escrow) offered by LocalBitcoins.

We're back! New methods available including super cheap Western Union!

I have BTC for WU at 5%, buyer pays fee. Quick release (I'm also a LBC regular).

If you send first or pay for escrow (1% on LBC or whatever someone here will charge/free) I can do this for CAD$1000 trades. PM me the amount for trades less than $1000 as the WU fee becomes a substantial percentage.

Keep in mind that WU charges exorbitant exchange fees for certain countries so this offer only applies to receiving funds in Canada. From your post history I am assuming you are in Malaysia, WU's current exchange rate is $1 CAD = 3.095 MYR which looks like 1.75% from spot; any fiat currency exchange fees would be absorbed by you.

Ron,

Unless you can convert the CAD to USD before doing business, I will have to pass. I will suffer a big loss trying to convert the CAD afterwards. The US dollar does not hold up well against the CAD. Sorry.

For my usual trades I can only send funds in your receiving country's currency. I don't mind getting USD and going to a WU location in person to send USD to you but that would require a larger cut or volume for it to be worth my time. PM me if you're interested.

So what rate for etranfer for my btc?
I will try the minimum so calculate after your rate and pm me your quote.
If this goes well without any delays then I will do more for the next one.
What is MYR, that threw me off in your previous post.

Current rate is $776.88/btc with a minimum fiat transfer of $462. Both the rate and margin fluctuate with market changes. I will PM you exact quote.

I've edited a previous post to make the MYR more clear, that user was asking for a WU payment to Malaysia and MYR is their currency code for Malaysian Ringgit.
