I would advice you to check localbitcoins, this is probably the most secure and fastest way to buy bitcoin if you do not have an account at an exchange yet. However; this will cost you a slight premium over the price at exchanges. I am a Verified Member of LocalBitcoins and the prices on there per BTC are a little too high for me...
