It would be a much better idea for the OP to ask for a cash based payment method. If a legit buyer can send square, then they should be able to withdraw cash and do a cash deposit or a Walmart to Walmart payment. Unless of course they want to ask the buyer to send first because "square cash is reversible", which is exactly what any buyer should not do.
