The problem is that PayPal is easily reversed so you expose yourself to chargeback risk. Of course i could use the funds to buy bitcoins again . I also checked #bitcoin-otc marketplace and decent number of buyers got solid ratings so it could be a viable option in the future. However i would also like to know if there is any alternative to Bitinstant for international users.

With BTC-e there was an additional 3.9% foreign transaction fee since they are based in Russia.
