over $30 is a very high target. But with ASIC, halving of rewards and more shops accepting BTC I can imagine gain similar to the one of this year, that will put bitcoins in the low $20.

Take into account all the current monetary uncertainty and the FED printing to Infinity.

Bitcoin can hit $30 in the next 12 months easy...

Based on the info I've gather so far, it's unlikely the price will go over $30USD unless there's another media buzz.

Are planning on creating one smoothie?

+1 So tired of these baseless predictions; didn't we have one from some verbal diarrhea victim a few months ago that it would go to 120USD by now? ...and one about going to 15USD the Wednesday or two past?

Is it really out of the realm of possibility that the price could triple from our current price of $10.80 in 12 months?

Just last Novermber we were at $2, which is a 550% increase in price in 12 months.

Maybe smoothie can do a Redbull thing, like bitcoin gives you wings type media hype.

That should increase the interest in normal people to buy BTC thus raise the value to over $30USD.

smoothie can also jump off a tall building to proof it.

This is the kind of responses that deserve ignores. You are presented with a perfectly logical prediction based on facts yet you choose to ignore it and make "baseless" comments.

In light of recent and past events we will be seeing a possible decline in it's usage. The out come of such events could cause dyer consequences or profound renewal of it's usage.

Yet if you had a brain, you would know that it does not require special skills to make a profit in a rising market.

You would also know that only in very rare occasions you are able to beat the market over an extended period of time.

If you look at my track record I have been trading since June 2011.

Market hasn't only gone up since then.

Perhaps instead of assuming when I have profited you should do your research or perhaps ask.

Increasing the price is also increasing the daily mining dumping, and i doubt we will be able to maintain such prices by June, unless some wild card appears.

There are quite many events that are Bitcoin-positive that happen in 2016: halving, Gemini so your 6k to the moon prediction may be not that far off. For now let's concentrate on piercing $300.
