So we have just broken $500 on Bitfinex ! What a heck guys! This is amazing! Where is the high of this? $1,000 maybe?

We didn't touch 500 on bitstamp. It went to 499.99 and then came down all the way to 485 from there. People dump at 1 cent less, which is funny.

Lol on bitstamp we hit $502 and then it went down to $485.

On the day's range it shows $401.04 - $499.99  . No idea why would you see 502 and I would see less. Probably their way of fooling people and making some money out of it :P . JK, but anything's possible.

Current price on preev.com $487.4 and i'm scared that the price might go down. Because, sudden pump is trustworthy?

Yes , because we will also likely touch 600 by tomorrow if we were to cross 500. A lot of people speculate a similar thing like back in 2013 will happen.

if there will be not a massive stop there, then you known we are going to break 600

The price touched $502. The price is $495 now. The price increase is quite made recently. Correction ahead? Or consolidation?

I juts saw it go to 502 so not sure if it was earlier there. But yes now it updated to 502 for me. Don't know why so much delay is showing it.

$2500 in one month

Not a long ago people was talking about how $500 is impossible to be reached within a 2015 yearly range and that we would be stuck with a really slow uptrend if anything. A lot of people tried to warn you about how the growth for Bitcoin potential is hundred thousands above and fluctuations from 250 to 1000 could happen in a matter of days. Of course people wouldn't listen.

Yeah people also said at 600 that price wouldn't drop to below 500. See how we went to 170 at one time ?

Anythings possible. We might even crash to 300 by tomorrow. I don't see why bitcoin would rise withput any positive sentiments in the market.

Quite a lot of positive news in the last few weeks.

Gemini, Chinese capital controls, BTCC again accepting direct deposits in China through the banks, EU rulling on VAT, article in Economist, Deutsche bank losing $6.6 billions, etc..

I probably forgot something, there was quite a lot of news.

Its great that bitcoin is gaining all this increase in value ;). Bitcoin has spent far too much time in the 200 range, it deserves this.
all this increase in price makes me wonder how many new people bitcoin is attracting. its gotta be appealing to a lot of merchants, but then again maybe not because of the volatility.

Damn... I expected price to drop back down after it hit $350. Made an order on purse with the majority of my Bitcoin to purchase a hoverboard. Needless to say, this is going to be a very expensive hoverboard.

A hoverboard? I didn't knew these exist. Do you mean those that use wheels, the insane one that used helium, or are they invented actual hovering boards like on Return to the Future 2?

Anyway, my personal view is, you should just hold.. we don't know how high it can go this time. This time it's very different, don't forget we are on mainstream magazine's covers now.

I'm so excited for the current run. I'm just happy that I decided to buy some additional coins at 320 even though I expected it to fall back to 270 first.

I'm comfortable with my current holdings, but not sure yet on my investment plan as this was not part of my previous plans :p

New investors getting rich and dumping their coins, it's gonna hurt them when they see price hit 1000$ within a month.

Yes it went down and preev rate is now at $473 but a few minutes ago its at $490
$100 increase in just 24 hours, last it it was $394, hoping to see $500 when I wake up  :)

I think that folks, who can influence the price that much, know what they're doing, and when others follow suit, they'll buy at lower prices.

Here's something from buttcoin. Wonder how long this surge is going to last.

No will hit maximum price like 2013 but more than that this as like it going crazy so i don't think any crash will happen when price will hit $600 it looking this time will be there before end of this month.

I think it will be a good thing if BTC will stabilize at around $500 for now. If the price will be over $1000 then afterwards the bubble might burst hard, I think maybe to $250 again (but not lower).

In short: I'm glad that it seems like the price is stabilizing at $500 +- $20

I am really surprised about this very fast rise! hope it stabilizes with no crash.

Of course, we must keep our eyes opens to prevent a possible fast crash too.

Bitcoin is going to moon this time so stay clam and positive no crash will happen until it get stable price at $5000 before end of this year. ;)

The rise is faster than I expect. I thought the price could be $500 early next year, but the price is $502 already. We need the price to stay here. We do not need pump and dump.

Just stay positive thinker and be optimistic for this day! This moment was phenomenal after two years of waiting the bitcoin show its true color again.

I'm happy with the price playing around $400-500 right now ang I dont know if it will play in that price in one week. Hope it will. But I guess there is no all time high price for this year.

Yeah probably the best thing if it sticks aroun there. Going any up or down will not retain the trust and people could even start dumping on the other side. Just hope it doesn't fall like it went up.

to blame the technology and turn Buttcoiner and hater. Just browse around on /r/Bitcoin on Reddit when the price goes up, and you will quickly spot them. There will always

be ignorant people... you see this a lot in the gambling scene... the gambler lose a lot of money and starts to blame the gambling operation. Do your homework, before you start

buying on the upward cycle.  :(

Thats also true for people who sold their coins at a lower price and now to not regret their decision start hating bitcoin and complain on the forum trying to demotivate the market sentiment.

where do you see $350? it's now at $398. people seem to be comfortable with buying below $400 to get themself a few coins before the second part of the bull run starts.

Better to buy Bitcoins now and by Monday or Tuesday we may see another round of of pump and dump $420 is  a possibility.
