You should consider to add a note that user may suffer from account ban by using vpn in playing Pokemon Go. Tell them the risk, then sell them your stuff, that would be helpful :) . The thing is that's only if your jumping more then 10 miles away in a short amount of time we have done the testing.
So as long as user stay in a location for a while logout come back a few hours later in a different location that can be traveled by a plane or any other form of traveling in that time no bans will occur.
Also if you where to get banned as of now it is only at most a 1 hours ban which isn't long at all an that's on multiple infractions same time every time for now.

But we have now added a warning to users of possible bans on the page.
