You should hire some professional hacker to track and trace these guys. I had a similar thing happening to me, when I pissed off a telemarketer, and they also targeted me with death threats. I got some professionals in, and we got to the guy. Charges was brought to court and he paid some hefty fines to avoid jail time. It cost me a lot of sleepless nights, but I now have things in place to protect me.
