I'm a newbie (just registered). I've been checking out the market place (even though I can't post there yet :/)-is there any sort of Escrow System available? It doesn't seem like there is one built into this site, but are there any external services? Particularly ones that don't charge a ridiculous percentage, and ones with a good reputation? Once I get out of here I plan on offering some services in the marketplace but am unsure as to how to manage the transactions so that both parties feel comfortable.

You can also find individuals willing to handle escrow. I recently began doing escrow again (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=120218) after it seemed like many people stopped offering free escrow. Alternately, sites like bitmit and the notorious Silk Road already have an automated escrow system built in at no extra charge. |
