I lodged one AUD bank transfer on the 30th of October & 1 on 1st November & still not one of them in yet this is a shambles who can tell me when my money will go into my bank accounts....
for one of the biggest bitcoin exchanges that boast all these currencies & live support a store that i cannot even buy one single fucking coin from because it asks for a transaction password wtf is this! no email with the password, nothing in your help or ANY fucking reply from the old uncle gyp with the ticket support system you guys really need to get your shit together, this is not a case of blaming one person that has been of for a week with a snotty nose & sore arse! you are a fucking multinational company start treating your customers that are making you rich with some respect thank you....

Simple version.  CryptoXChange has been going down hill for 6+ months now.  There daily volume is now <300 BTC per day so that massive profit is probably on the order of $20 per day (before costs).

None of that excuses the poor customer support but you aren't dealing with some multi-billion dollar multinational corporation.  Just a small company who has been doing badly for a very long time now.
