Taking a bank loan and using it to buy bitcoins is a very risky thing.
There is no guarantee that you would make a profit by investing your bank loan on bitcoins.

A coincidence that it popped on the very day of the fed's auctioning of the last remaining Silk Road coins? I don't think so. This has the most elaborate pump-n-dump in the sordid history of bitcoins. We've been had, snookered, hit upside our head. Plymouth didn't land on us, we landed on Plymouth. Oh, whatever!!!

I doubt if the bank will even agree to loan a substantial amount. Dont get greedy and use the capital that you can raise yourself coz if the bubble gets larger your small investment will eventually have a way larger value.

Nobody is going to follow your suggestions.  You are trolling in the wrong forum.

The consolidation of the price is now official. It has been now days at a very nice an stable 380 price. Everyone that is paying just a little bit of attention can clearly see that the general feeling is very bullish.

Indeed the general feeling is very bullish and going long is probably a good idea, but not with borrowed money as OP suggested.

700 is a joke, around the corner, you see no one believed that we were going to touch 500, when we were at 230, everyone was saying the exact same thing you said in this post

It is bullish but it seems to me that we are playing a waiting game here. One huge sell can start a panic selling just like one huge buy can trigger another rally on the positive side.

I am of course talking how I read the situation. Also, just being at $380 at the moment is amazing to me if we consider in what whole we were throughout the whole 2015. So the current price is already very positive for me.

Funny because I had exactly the same thought.It's a bit like a two edged sword in my opinion. The general atmosphere is bullish but of course one bigger dump could trigger a push down. The same for the other site.One big buy and we might race as never seen before.
I hope and feel that second case will happen.

It's quite normal that people feel this way. I mean we are just behind our 2 year depression period. This is one of the rear times that we have gotten out of this $200-$300 range. So people feel uneasy and it's normal that we feel this way.

I hope also that we won't go down! Bitcoin and all of our community deserves this recovery!

Price is stable now. The price fluctuation is quite small. This consolidation can help the price push to $700.

It's really dangerous and irresponsible to trade with borrowed money.

It's even more risky to leverage with it.

Please use only money you can afford to lose, borrowed money should not be used for risky investments.

Best way is just to buy some Bitcoin for long term with money you don't need for the next couple of years, that way you're almost guaranteed to be better off in the end, and even if you aren't better off at least you won't be poor.

sometimes in life you need to make risky bet that may end like something good or bad
in this case only if you dont have anything to lose you may borrow but think that would be mistake

I agree with you, you can not invest something you dont have, enough asking 40000£ to buy a house even sometimes this goes wrong.

Same thoughts, but everything can happen in the crypto world in a short span of time. Been waiting to touch sub-$300 to buy back again as I sold at around $440+ for my coins that I bought at sub-$200. Not a bad idea to enlarge one's stash after all; what's bad is using borrowed money to invest in a highly-speculative asset without guaranteed returns.

This still 60% leverage  (100% - 40%).  Still keep in the long position.   But think maybe dump happen again so you will be careful.
