• All games are delivered as Steam gifts, pre-orders included. Due to this nature I unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges of any type
• No stock is kept and all games are purchased at time of sale, so unfortunately I cannot offer expired promotional prices
• Due to the gifting delivery method all purchases must be processed manually - That being said delays shouldn't exceed ~1 hour when I'm online (approx. times for the day will be posted on the site)
• I'm more than willing to use a reputable escrow service until I'm more established (customer pays any applicable escrow fee)
